Sustainable Behaviour Change

What planet-friendly habits would you love to have, that haven’t made it into your life yet? This workshop will introduce a simple approach to making meaningful and lasting behaviour change – suitable for all ages. We will explore how impactful small changes can be, and how to stay motivated when things don’t quite go to plan. You will come away with personalised action steps to help you to move closer to the greener lifestyle you want. Becca Benning is a Functional Health Coach with a keen interest in ‘sustainable’ well-being, both for us and our planet. Living in greater harmony with our natural environment is good for our health as well as the future of the Earth!
It will be worth taking a piece of paper and a pen with you to take some notes.
