To support this, we’re launching a range of exciting new initiatives to share what we’ve learnt and help other communities and projects maximise their impact.
Community Hub Blueprint
In collaboration with Esmee Fairbairn, Greener and Cleaner is developing a UK Community Hubs: Templates & Learnings Package.
This free and franchise-style package will equip groups with practical tips, learnings and proven insights to strengthen the reach, impact and resilience of their projects.
The blueprint package will be available in 2027/2028.
One-to-Ones
We are offering one-to-ones for groups, charities, social enterprises and councils thinking about setting up a community hub or other permanent space for their sustainability project.
We’ve already supported more than 60 organisations across the UK.
Our experienced team provides tailored advice, practical insights, and expert guidance, whether you’re exploring an initial idea or looking to grow an existing project.
Community Sustainability Support Network (CSSN)
2026 will see the launch of a brand-new Community Sustainability Support Network for England.
Designed to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and resilience, the network will help groups connect and work together on funding bids, research, and project delivery.
It aims to increase our financial resilience, expand our reach to empower the most climate vulnerable and marginalised, and grow our impact across the sector – as well as encouraging cross-pollination between different sustainability themes, models, geographies, demographics and much more.
More than 65 community groups have already joined, alongside a growing number of expert partners and ally organisations.
