What’s on
The Hub is an exciting space for people to come and learn more about how we can make a positive difference from the comfort of our homes, schools, businesses and wider communities, all whilst improving wellbeing and reducing costs.
Regular mending and puncture repair workshops take place every week as well as a wide range of workshops, crafts and talks. Keep up to date with all the events – there are lots!
Join the team
We are always looking for volunteers who would be interested in helping us in The Hub. No prior experience is needed and full training will be given. Commit to as little as one hour, one shift a week, or holiday cover; you can always pop in to The Hub for a chat about what is involved. If you’re interested in volunteering, apply today.
Our impact
The Hub is a pilot to provide a blueprint for sustainability hubs across the UK. Read more about our ground-breaking research supported by Imperial College London. Or listen to our founder, Parisa Wright, and Chief Strategy Officer Clare Searle, speaking to Property X-Change with Dr Richard Carmichael, Imperial College London, talking about the big ideas behind The Hub.

The Hub hosts Bromley’s Library of Things. The Library of Things helps residents to save money and reduce waste by affordably renting out a mine of useful equipment from PA systems to carpet cleaners and drills. Borrow top quality household items rather than buying them saving you money and space – win win!
3 easy steps:
1. Register 2. Reserve 3. Collect
You can register and reserve in advance, or while you’re stood in The Hub. It’s that easy.
Regularly maintained
All items are checked and maintained once a week by our friendly engineer.
