After a year of collaborative working, Trust Payments has renewed its sponsorship of Greener and Cleaner’s Youth Outreach Team.
The renewal follows previous successful work with us over the last year, which commenced with Trust Payments supporting the launch of The Hub: “Trust Payments’ Bromley office has been open for nearly two years, and with our presence there we feel a responsibility and drive to support the local community and give back to Bromley’s residents. Supporting local charity Greener and Cleaner and their Youth Outreach Team is one of our key pillars that reinforces our commitment to sustainability. The partnership enables our employees in Bromley to participate in initiatives that give back to the local community”.
We are grateful to Trust Payments for sharing our vision. With the launch and continued provision of the Youth Outreach Team, we have been able to provide:
- Trials of a summer camp workshop
- Craft workshops
- Schools eco networking event
- Trials of a primary school workshop
- Young People’s Climate Book Club
- Sustainable Fashion Project in which over 600 pupils benefitted.
The year ahead
With plans in place for the coming year Greener and Cleaner Director, Andy Thomas, said: “The generosity and wider support of Trust Payments has been invaluable in enabling us to broaden the work that we do with young people, opening up conversations about their response to the climate emergency. We look forward to continuing our relationship in this exciting next phase and welcome Harriet to our team”.
Hundreds of young people have already benefitted from these efforts making a bigger impact on sustainable community efforts. We are immensely grateful and proud to have this partnership with Trust Payments, and Harriet cannot wait to continue with our work with children and young people across Bromley and beyond.
If you work with children or young people or have a community organisation that would love to partner with us and benefit from our resources and ideas, please do get in touch. You can find out more about Harriet and our youth outreach team here.
